Description
Vanitar Armenia LLC is looking for a high-performing Motorcycle Salesperson for a motorcycle and accessories store who will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales. Ladies with interest in the field are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of strategic business plans to expand the Company's customer base;
- Ensure Company's strong presence in the market;
- Perform sales of motorcycles and accessories at the store;
- Present Company product line to potential clients, businesses and individuals;
- Expand store traffic and optimize profitability;
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service, as well as manage customer complaints and grievances;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and profits;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; BS/ MS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred;
- Experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager or a Salesperson, consistently meeting or exceeding targets or proven successful experience as a Retail Manager;
- Previous sales experience in the field of motor vehicles and motorcycles will be an advantage;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Customer management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
