Vanitar Armenia LLC is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive for an interior and exterior design materials store who will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales. Ladies with interest in the field are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of sales plans and forecasts to expand the Company's customer base;
- Ensure Company's strong presence in the market;
- Perform sales of company product line at the store;
- Present Company product line to potential clients, including, but not limited to construction companies, interior design companies and individual designers, as well as other businesses and individuals;
- Maintain Company clientele database;
- Contribute to the expansion of store traffic and profitability;
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service, as well as manage customer complaints and grievances;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards;
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and profits;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; BS/ MS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred;
- Experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets or proven successful experience as a Retail Manager;
- Previous work experience in sales for construction materials will be an asset;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Customer management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
