Responsibilities
-Ուսումնասիրել ֆիզիկական անձանց վարկավորման շրջանակներում վարկային հայտեր, տրամադրել մասնագիտական եզրակացություններ
-Ներկայացնել վարկային եզրակացությունները բաժնի ղեկավարի, վարկային կոմիտեի/տնօրինության և այլ իրավասու մարմնի հաստատմանը
-Մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել
-Իրականացնել մանրածախ վարկերի գնահատում
-Մասնակցել վարկերի վերլուծություններին, մոնիտորինգներին
-Կազմել վարկի պայմանների վերանայման վերաբերյալ եզրակացություններ և ներկայացնել իրավասու մարմնին՝ հաստատման,
-Պոտենցիալ վարկառու-հաճախորդներին տրամադրել ընդլայնված խորհրդատվություն Ֆիզիկական անձանց վարկավորման շրջանակում Մանրածախ դեպարտամենտի կողմից տրամադրվող բոլոր տեսակի վարկային պրոդուկտների գծով
-Կատարել հաճախորդի կողմից ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի և/կամ տեղեկատվության պատշաճ ուսումնասիրություն, կատարել հաճախորդների վարկունակության և վարկարժանության գնահատում
-Կազմել և ներկայացնել վարկի եզրակացություն հաճախորդի ֆինանսական վիճակի մասին, վարկային գործը ներկայացնել վարկային կոմիտեի հաստատմանը
-Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հաճախորդի վարկային պատմության վերաբերյալ կատարել հարցումներ համապատասխան տեղեկատվական բյուրոներ
-Վարել բաժնի գործավարությունը, փաստաթղթերի փաթեթի
-Իրականացնել վարկերի տրամադրման հետ կապված և սպասարկման ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի փաթեթի հավաքագրում և անհրաժեշտ այլ գործառույթների իրականացում
-Ավագ մասնագետի, Մասնագետի բացակայության ժամանակ փոխարինել նրան` ստանձնելով նրա պարտականությունները
-Բաժնի պետի, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նաև գլխավոր մասնագետի հանձնարարությամբ կատարել այլ աշխատանքներ

RequiredQualifications
-Բարձրագույն կրթություն ֆինանսների, գործարար կառավարման, տնտեսագիտության կամ այլ համապատասխան ոլորտում
