Description
Responsibilities
- Update and implement the Aznavour Foundation’s Communication Strategy (both general and project oriented);
- Write, edit and distribute content, including publications, press releases, articles, newsletters, marketing materials;
- Create/ write, translate, edit and publish content on the Aznavour Foundation website and social media channels;
- Develop presentations, brochures, leaflets and other marketing materials in close cooperation with project managers and designers;
- Develop public and donor reports;
- Plan and manage promotional, community and partners' engagement events;
- Manage media relations and database;
- Management of video production teams, work with archive video materials;
- Handle the arising issues timely and proactively and troubleshoot emerging problems;
- Provide support with ad hoc tasks and assignments upon request.
RequiredQualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a relevant field;
- Excellent writing/ editing and verbal communication skills in French, English and Armenian languages; knowledge of an additional language is a plus;
- 3-5 years of experience in PR, communications or journalism;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
- Stress-resistance and ability to work under strong pressure in conditions of conflicting priorities, tasks and deadlines;
- Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all constituent groups, including staff, board members, volunteers, donors, program participants, and other supporters;
- Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; person, who enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
