Responsibilities

• Work across teams to manage a process from beginning to end, providing executive-level reporting on a regular basis
• Lead Krisp’s security certification programs from beginning to completion (e.g. SOC-2 Type II)
• Identify functional and technical requirements collecting inputs from business, security, and technical teams
• Make recommendations and decisions that impact schedules, as well as an ability to re-shuffle priorities and juggle competing interests on a near-daily basis
• Take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail.

RequiredQualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills; able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
• Prior experience and background in information security
• Ability to communicate effectively across a multitude of platforms with remote team members, global teams and stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is necessary to get things done
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
