Responsibilities
-implementation of corporate business development activities;
-participation in corporate business strategy and product development;
-corporate customers engagement and active sales;
-management of sales and engagement activities of the department;
-collaboration with external partners;
-financial analysis;
-leadership of the team;
-preparation and presentation of relevant reports

RequiredQualifications
-university degree in economics or finance;
-at least 5 years' professional experience in corporate business lending;
-excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending processes;
-excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
-international qualifications are a strong plus;
-outstanding customer engagement skills, as well as advanced sales skills;
-negotiation and conflict management skills;
-ability to work in and manage a team;
-leadership skill;
-initiative and fast orientation;
-strong analytical and practical mind;
-excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
