Responsibilities

- Assist customers, if needed, in choosing the product, consult on the range of products introduced on the websites, as well as consult on their features and consumer characteristic
- Participate in sales of products, presenting the advertised items, informing the existing system of discounts and promotions
- Help customers make selection by building customer confidence
- Constantly develop customer service skills and reduce misunderstandings
- Develop creative sales techniques
- Participate in training programs organized by the Company

RequiredQualifications

- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages (both oral and written)
- Strong character; sharp and goal-oriented person with an ability to sell
- Strong attention to details
- Work experience in sales
- Social Media Marketing skills is a plus
- SMM experience is a plus
