Description
Habitat for Humanity Armenia is looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to extend the Company's clientele within "Restoring Living Conditions in Armenia" Project. Within the Project, Habitat for Humanity Armenia has established the Norogi Resource Centerю The Marketing and Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Program. Norogi Resource Center, newly established social business requires a Marketing and Sales Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, focused on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Sales, marketing and strategic analyses are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop sale strategy, maintain and improve marketing strategy while retaining marketing partners. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, donations and establishing/ maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy of Norogi Resource Center;
- Plan, organize implement and control sales activities, meet monthly sales target;
- Improve and maintain e-commerce (online sales);
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/ customers for boosting sales and participate in the meetings;
- Research and analyze sales, market trends, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to maintain sales and marketing strategies, upon necessity to update;
- Implement and control the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing related activities;
- Identify new markets with prospective clients/ customers: promote Norogi Resource Center products/ services, communicate new product developments to prospective clients;
- Identify and follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings by partnering with creative teams, other internal and external vendors and agencies;
- Plan, prepare and conduct presentations (during marketing and sales type of meetings);
- Implement and manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic, stay up to date with market developments and generate new ideas to draw audience attention;
- Write reports; provide Habitat Armenia ED and SLT trustworthy feedback;
- Responsible for database maintenance (CRM);
- Work collaboratively with Habitat Armenia GV and Communications Coordinator to attract and involve volunteers in Norogi Resource Center work;
- Work collaboratively with Habitat Armenia program team to provide info for grants, look for appropriate business related grants;
- Follow up and respect Habitat Armenia mission, vision and principles;
- Follow up Norogi Resource Center strategies (volunteers, marketing, sales, fundraising);
- Implement other job-related assignments.
RequiredQualifications
- Proven sales track record;
- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service/ support;
- Analytical and creative thinking; organization skills; team player;
- Excellent time management and planning skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and other presentation softwares;
- Excellent communication (including reporting to the management) and negotiation skills;
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; result-driven performance;
- Market knowledge, desirably in furniture and housing;
- Proficiency is social media (FB, Instagram, etc.);
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a great advantage;
- Fluency in Armenian language; knowledge of English language would be an advantage.
