Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer needs including dispatching of pick-ups, providing service information, resolving problems via telephone inquiry, emails, or over the counter;
  • Support efficient international express pick-up and delivery operations
  • Verify and complete required documentation and reports
  • Track & Trace Shipments
  • Perform other duties as required

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Higher education
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian is a must (both oral and written)
  • Excellent human relations and communication skills
  • Business communication skills
  • Good research and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in information technology, particularly Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and a first rate ability to undertake Internet research
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
