Responsibilities
- Respond to customer needs including dispatching of pick-ups, providing service information, resolving problems via telephone inquiry, emails, or over the counter;
- Support efficient international express pick-up and delivery operations
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Track & Trace Shipments
- Perform other duties as required
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Higher education
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian is a must (both oral and written)
- Excellent human relations and communication skills
- Business communication skills
- Good research and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in information technology, particularly Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and a first rate ability to undertake Internet research
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
