Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to promote brands awareness and engagement
- Define most important social media KPIs
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketing Department, create and maintain the Company's social media identity and voice
- Create, manage and oversee social media content
- Use creativity and strategic thinking to brainstorm and develop ideas for innovative, integrated social media campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and business accounts
- Analyze campaign results, response, and feedbacks to continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Assist with market research to discover consumer and business needs, habits and trends
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns and social media content
- Evaluate social media trends and lead innovative ideas to generate traffic
- Assist in all other digital, social media or marketing projects as needed
RequiredQualifications
- Solid background or proven experience in social media and marketing
- Experience in developing and executing large scale social media strategies and community engagement
- In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience in fashion industry SMM is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills; understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Ability to apply SEO techniques is a plus
- Excellent writing skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project/ time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
