Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful design and implementation of website and other digital assets
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code
- Build cross-browser solutions optimized for a wide range of devices
- Prototype new ideas from marketing strategy and different requirements
- Create wireframes and mockups to articulate vision to team members and managers
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Collaborate with back-end and frontend developers to improve usability
- Participate in design meetings to speak to the feasibility of design requirements
- Work with abroad managers; participate in meetings and be highly involved in project discussions
RequiredQualifications
- At least 4 years of design experience including responsive designs
- At least 2 years of professional front-end development using modern web development technologies and techniques
- Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Understanding of user experience design for the Web, including user interface design principles, industry standard and trends
- Proficiency with graphical design modern softwares; Sketch, InVision and Photoshop; knowledge of other design softwares will be an advantage
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with relevant staff for understanding design requirements
- Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Proficiency with JavaScript and its frameworks
- Understanding of cross-browser issues
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Be comfortable with iterative and incremental development
- Be open to receiving feedbacks and constructively discuss them
- Knowledge of English language to communicate with the team abroad, participate in technical discussions and read/ write technical annotations
