Responsibilities
· Coordinate activities aimed at ensuring day-to-day operation of Kamar Business Center
· Manage and coordinate activities of administrative, logistic and technical services
· Manage the relations with tenants and other clients
· Implement managerial actions required for sustainable business development
· Organize and implement measures to ensure smooth operation and development of internal technical procedures and infrastructures of Kamar Business Center
· Implement measures to ensure efficient and successful fulfillment of the business mission, efficiency of business operations and proper management of resources
· Participate in development of control and monitoring procedures and ensure fulfillment of objectives, manage risks and develop high level service strategy
· Raise the effectiveness of use of company resources
RequiredQualifications
· University degree in economics, management and/or technical field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or relevant position/field
· Knowledge of finance, accounting and procurement fundamentals, knowledge of technical specifications and principles of operation of engineering systems of buildings, project management skills
· Knowledge of information security criteria, rules and risk management tools
- Strong analytical skills, proven experience in summing up, interpreting and analyzing management information
· Management skills, written and oral communication skills, excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages
· Strong representation skills, exceptional skills of self-motivation and self-organization ,
· Attention to detail
- Ability to work in and manage a team
