Lesona LLC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit all required financial documents and reports;
- Check all invoices, submit them for approval and prepare payment orders;
- Perform other functions related to accounting and finance as well as organizational and administrative functions;
- Responsible for the supervision and control of the general accounting and financial functions and procedures: general ledger, payables, payroll, property, budget reporting and statistical accumulation;
- Develop financial and economic policies, supervise and analyze them by constant regulation;
- Run effective accounting records in the Company and within its subdepartments;
- Implement the Organization's receivable and payable debt management;
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents;
- Carry out cash transactions and banking operations;
- Develop and maintain financial data bases;
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
- Ensure compliance with standard practices;
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies;
- Provide reports on taxes, expenses and cash flows as required by the finance management team;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast, including annual budgets and performance indicators.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or in a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Chief Accountant in an importing company;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian Software and 1C;
- Excellent knowledge of the Tax and Labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- Computer skills;
- Understanding of sales strategies and account profitability;
- Demonstrated customer development and relationship management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure; team player; presentable and flexible personality;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively; effective time management skills.
