Description
The Company is looking for a visionary, dynamic and result-driven Head of Digital Banking with innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, who will be responsible for the Bank's remote channels including Internet, mobile banking and other distant channels. The Head of Digital Banking will develop and execute Ameriabank's digital banking strategy and business plans, lead the digital transformation initiatives, as well as be responsible for delivering superior service quality and omni-channel experience for Ameriabank's customers in Armenia and abroad across all digital and self-service channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Ameriabank strategy for digital channels including Internet, mobile banking and other distant channels;
- Promote and adopt digital and self-service channels among customers in Armenia and abroad ensuring significant increase of digital channels penetration, conversion and usage rate;
- Execute business plan and sales targets via launching cross-selling and upselling offers and campaigns across digital and self-service channels;
- Deliver superior service quality and the best digital experience for Ameriabank's customers across all digital and self-service channels via continuous improvement and innovating in services delivered via remote channels;
- Responsible for business performance and continuity of digital and self-service channels.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in relevant disciplines (preferably in IT, Finance or Marketing);
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive position in a large and/ or global organization;
- More than 10 years of banking, telecommunications and/ or digital experience and online platforms;
- Highly creative person with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in technology, digital banking and customer experience;
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel;
- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/ financial skills;
- Flexible and fast-paced personality; out-of-box thinking skills;
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes;
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business orientation;
- Strong ability to lead diverse teams across different functions;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
