GoodCredit UCO CJSC is looking for a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the position of Contact Center Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of employees assigned, as well as organize, motivate and follow up staff performance;
- Regularly monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate staff individual and team KPIs;
- Suggest and implement improvement plans;
- Ensure that procedures, quality standards and targets set by the Company are met by the staff during daily operation;
- Assist, train and coach agents, as well as create good working atmosphere and help to develop necessary skills for serving customers and dealing with systems;
- Cope with customer complaints and difficult customer situations.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Social Science or Legal Studies;
- Experience in relevant managerial position;
- Strong sales and customer care acumen;
- Segmentation and strong excel skills;
- Excellent PC (MS Office) skills; knowledge of AS-Bank is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of consumer banking products and regulations, consumer rights, as well as consumer and data protection;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Team building, conflict resolution and managerial skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated, self-controlled and hard-working person;
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
