Responsibilities

- Planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure optimum resource management and speed of service
- Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and planning of dishes per the current menu
- Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulations
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a way that meets our quality standards
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Design new menu choices based on customer demand and seasonal ingredients
- Solve any issues that arise and take control of any problematic situation

RequiredQualifications

- Culinary experience
- Understanding of various cooking methods
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
