Description
IKO Machinery LLC is looking for a Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR).

Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare the commercial offers;
- Prepare analytical reports on sales of spare parts and service;
- Create and control the database for parts;
- Control the client database;
- Submit orders by referring to corporate standards, price lists and product line;
- Manage the spare parts pricing policy;
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for current and prospective customers;
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups;
- Lead the negotiations and contracting processes for purchasing of parts and service.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Machine Building or polytechnic education;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel and Word); knowledge of 1C program is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Strong communication skills and orientation to details;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in sales of earth-moving technique;
- Strongly marked customer orientation competency and knowledge of B2B basics;
- Understanding of common international business standards;
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
- Understanding of basics of logistics and tax/ customs legislation;
- Understanding of basic tools for financing (project financing, consignment warehouses, factoring and leasing).
