Responsibilities
- Perform employee-related HR operational tasks
- Collect the required documentation, compile personnel files and maintain the filing system
- Prepare employment agreements and other documents
- Implement/ update the HR Operational Unit policies and procedures
- Ensure consistent communication with staff members, fulfilling their needs and requests
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Implement and develop application database
- Coordinate the internship process
- Organize/ participate in job fairs
- Review the performance of staff and suggest promotions
- Suggest efficiency improvement ideas together with their implementation plans
- Conduct internal communication processes
- Provide support in organizing training and team-building activities
- Assist in reviewing, updating and developing the HR policies and procedures as required
- Participate in the implementation of other projects of the Human Resources Management Department, as well as complete other relevant tasks
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in HR field
- Excellent knowledge of the RA Labor Code; knowledge of banking is desirable
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Capacity to work under time pressure
- Excellent communication, conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create HR communications appropriate for the audience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and behave as a quick decision-maker in complex cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner
- Team player
