Responsibilities

- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Conducts internal audit functions by monitoring restaurant's commodity crocks and cash turnover
- Maintains stock database by verifying the data and keeping minimum required stock level
- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis

RequiredQualifications

- Analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Knowledge experience of ERP systems and related technologies will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
