Responsibilities
- Provide constructive and timely feedback and training for CS team to improve skills
- Act forthcoming with positive feedback to acknowledge and reward best cases
- Train new employees so that they have a good product knowledge and are aware of the company's CS policies
- Identify any training or coaching needs that may be required
- Motivate team to share knowledge and complete tasks on time․
RequiredQualifications
- Native or bilingual proficiency of English language
- Experience in coaching and training individuals or groups
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability with the design and application of innovative ideas, developing creative solutions
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of any other foreign language
- MA or BA degree in Mathematics or related discipline
