Description
The Cooperation Field Manager is responsible for the operational cooperation with the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS) and other Red Cross Red Crescent Movement components. The job is based in Yerevan with frequent field trips.

Responsibilities
- Be fully in charge of a cooperation programme: organise and monitor the implementation of the related activities according to a given plan;
- Write reports in relation to the field of activity he/ she is in charge;
- Maintain contact with local/ regional and national RC, suppliers and municipal authorities;
- Execute administrative and office work related to the project;
- Follow up the project expenses and ensure the budget for the project is not overspent;
- Assist the Head of Department in preparing strategic decisions;
- Develop and maintain contacts with interlocutors;
- Facilitate the cooperation projects between ICRC and other movement partners on the regional level;
- Organize and conduct fieldtrips in support of the smooth running of Red Cross and Red Crescent projects;
- Coordinate and conduct meetings between relevant stakeholders, such as regional representatives of the authorities, partners and other organizations operating the humanitarian field;
- Translate documents, as well as during meetings in case a non-Armenian speaker is present;
- Support the implementation of the movement contingency plan for conflicts affecting Armenia;
- Support the cooperation team in its efforts to build solid relation with all movement components and other stakeholders within the humanitarian landscape.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education (university or institute) with specialization in Relationship Management or equivalent;
- 6 years of work experience in a similar field of activity;
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian and/ or French language is an asset;
- Very good knowledge of computers;
- Management skills;
- Availability to travel frequently across Armenia;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Very good negotiation and communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of political, social and cultural assigned environment.
