Description
"AAB Project" LLC is announcing vacant position of Site Manager based in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
-Leading and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met
-Supervising workers and make sure they are well engaged during work periods
-Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
-Making safety inspections, ensuring construction and site safety
-Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
-Maintaining quality control procedures
-Finding ways to prevent problems and solve any that crop up; assessing and minimizing risk
-Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
-Review & plan the work progress on daily basis
RequiredQualifications
-University degree. Preferably in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
-Minimum 2 years of sufficient experience of construction management processes, means and methods
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
-Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; English will be plus
-Competent in conflict and crisis management
-Excellent time and project management skills
-Driving Licence B,C and own transport
-Ability to work under pressure and remotely within the assigned territory
