Description
"AAB Project" LLC is announcing vacant position of Foreman based in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites
-Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
-Allocate general and daily responsibilities
-Supervise and train workers
-Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
-Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
-Resolve problems when they arise
-Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
RequiredQualifications
-University degree. Preferably in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience of construction procedures, equipment and Occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines
-Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
-Knowledge of MS Office would be plus
-Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
-Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
-Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages
-Problem-solving abilities; Ability to communicate and report effectively
-Driving Licence B,C and own transport
-Ability to work under pressure and remotely within the assigned territory
