Responsibilities
- Developing existing and potential customer base (physical entities and SMEs), identifying sales opportunities, developing target offers and supporting in sales, including but not limited to: a) Analyzing existing and potential customers by segment, occupation, demography, services used, cooperation with the bank and potential needs
- Elaborating recommendations based on findings, identifying sales opportunities, developing target offers of the bank's services, identifying most effective sales channels
- Settings tasks for front-line staff, revising their KPIs, preparing and providing to personnel in charge distance banking lists
- Monitoring sales and tasks performance, collecting feedback and information about problems, providing effective solutions, submitting regular reports
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
- At least 1 year of work experience in finance
- Strong critical and flexible thinking, analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to coordinate work
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle large workload, ability to learn quickly
- MS Office proficiency (advanced MS Excel skills), knowledge of MS Project
- Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
