Description
Systemix LLC is looking for an employee for the position of Chain Manager for "Tnak" house of food chain.

Responsibilities
- Assign rules and responsibilities to employees for operational effectiveness;
- Develop action plans for the team to meet operational and organizational objectives;
- Perform as main contact for all matters related to kitchen production;
- Ensure that store and kitchen are maintained according to sanitation and cleaning standards;
- Maintain store environment clean, safe and inviting for customers;
- Obtain customer feedback and make appropriate business developments or changes to meet customer needs;
- Perform duties of trading software operator (Supermag);
- Responsible for cash handling and float management;
- Responsible for the ordering and storage of food, beverages and cleaning products liaising with the kitchen coordinator on any additional stock changes or requirements;
- Prepare monthly reports;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a related field;
- Work experience in a related field;
- Ability to manage tasks in a timely and accurate manner;
- Proficiency in MS Office package;
- Knowledge of Supermag will be a plus;
- Ability to lead a team;
- Excellent work record; superior communication, cooperation and organizational skills;
- Proactive, self-motivated,initiative and flexible personality;
- High sense of responsibility.
