Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Organize sourcing, logistics, fulfilment of products, shipment and delivery, and returns
- Using relevant software to track goods from origin to delivery
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
- Select shipping routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution
- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
- Improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
- Control product-related expenses occur during supply chain and take measures to minimize them
- Keep and maintain relationships with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure operational efficiency
- Implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector
- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
RequiredQualifications
What you will need
- Higher education in Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 3 years in logistics, procurement
- Experience in international trade, sourcing, and procurement of goods and services
- Strong knowledge of international trade and Incoterms standards
- Effective communication skills
- Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Time management, Priority setting, Problem Solving skills
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure with critical deadlines.
