Responsibilities
- Create a strong Social Media Marketing strategy for 3 months to 1 year
- Work with Facebook business manager and Facebook analytics, to create paid promotions and track the results
- Measure paid posts for performance, track budget and make recommendations for future posts
- Develop a unique and engaging social voice and strategy for Smartbet and partner companies
- Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
- Engage with consumers on social in unique and compelling ways that creates a social feed that is advantaged
- Monitoring for engagement and working with cross functional team to field any consumer feedback
- Competitor Research on social Media
- Monitor social media for trends, conversations, and topics
- Weekly reporting to Head of Marketing
- Maintaining productive communication with the design department to make sure the deadlines are being met
- Perform other business-related duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Understanding of Facebook analytics and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Business manager
- Native Armenian and excellent English written and communication skills
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
