Responsibilities
- Have a long term vision for the product proposition on the market
- Constantly monitor the market to ensure the product marketing is offering up to date proposals to the customers
- Develop and implement quarterly marketing projects from concept to completion
- Support any promo or non-promo activity around the product requested from any unit of the organization
- Establish highly effective and efficient process with promo development (Receiving the briefs, delivering to execution team, collaborate with different teams)
- Perform constant marketing channels monitoring, ensuring the product propositions are clear & advertised effectively
- Make sure with the marketing channels available for the product promotions are performing at their best
- Create various minor marketing activities or marketing channels to increase the traffic for particular promotion or product activity
- Make sure all the live working files are up to date
- Deliver bi-weekly, monthly and quarter reports to the management
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of project management experience in marketing;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics/marketing; MBA degree is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Igaming industry and sports betting will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy: strong knowledge of Excel;
- Strong project management skills;
- Strict adherence to the deadlines and ability to work under the time pressure;
- Team building and leadership skills;
- Conflict, stress and time management skills;
