Responsibilities

• Work to ensure product quality;
• Preparation of a test plan and test documentation;
• Work with the development team;
• Preparation of test reports for project managers;
• Planning of mass corrections in certain areas;
• Planning iterations for testing releases, protecting the interests of the customer;
• Development and analysis of test coverage of the application by automatic and manual tests.

 

RequiredQualifications

• Testing / support experience for commercial applications from 3 years;
• Excellent understanding of the testing process;
• Ability to read technical requirements, plan and conduct their testing;
• Creation of test design for the developed system;
• Excellent understanding of the stages of testing from preparing requirements for the release of the system into production;
• Understanding the principles of building a UNIT test system;
• Risk-based tests;
• Understanding of the application life cycle from the moment of setting the task to the final check and release.
• Good understanding of the development process and testing methodologies;
• Experience in building a Test Plan and Test Strategy for projects;
• Ability to work with a development team;
• Good knowledge of the principles of functional, regression, system testing;
• The ability to think rationally, not to make hasty conclusions, the ability to conduct a dialogue, to defend one’s position reasonably and analyze an alternative point of view;
• Perseverance. Sometimes you have to perform a lot of similar actions;
• Attentiveness, accuracy and healthy perfectionism.
