Responsibilities
Coordinate the activities in the lobby, including:
- Meet and greet visitors, provide on-site advice
- Direct the visitors to the relevant front-line staff/units depending on their needs; receive, sort and send documents and letters on a daily basis
- Respond to the customer inquiries concerning the Bank products and services, as well as their fees and rates
- Manage queues
- Accompany customers to the safe deposit lockers vault for the customers to use the lockers
- Update the data in the system, activate various services provided by the bank and make changes as the case may require
- Open new cards, card accounts and accept respective applications
- Accept other applications and requests
- Accept payment documents related to the payment cards
- Create and check packages of supporting documents for daily transactions
- Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank and assigned by the manager
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- Work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility, time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Listening skills, ability to refer clients to the right place and solve problems on the site
- Client-centric approach
- Team player
- Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
