Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy
- Handling company hotel rates database and ensuring that rates are updated accordingly and timely
- Checking contracts. Identifying missing or incomplete contracts or information
- Internal Client Management: Action Stop sales when advised by the hotels and the contracting team and ensure the system is updated within the required timeline
- Analyze and load promotions/special offers as per the information given by the Hotels. Updating the contract revisions, promos, rates and policies
- Support, investigate and solve queries and bugs with clients, team members, hotels, and IT supplier
- Developing, supporting and maximizing the suppliers
- Support Product and Marketing departments to publish selected promotions
- Monitoring of the tasks and sharing the initial plans of the projects with other team members and management
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards
- Maintain the shared data base as well as the information related with the projects by following established processes
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics, Sciences or in a related field
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant field (Hospitality and Tourism)
- Fluency in English (especially writing and reading)
- Attentive to details
- Fluent and analytical mind
- Quick in responding and solving problems
- Ability to manage numbers and data
- Ability to work within a multicultural team
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
