Responsibilities

- Hire and build teams based on different project needs
- Develop project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones in close collaboration with co-founders
- Create and maintain project management calendar, delegate tasks and assign tasks to each team member
- Do regular project progress updates and ensure all project deadlines are met
- Develop effective and practical periodic reporting methodologies
- Manage the company's daily processes

RequiredQualifications

- University degree in management, marketing or another relevant sphere
- Solid experience in Project Management and Team Building
- High sense of responsibility, self-starter personality
- Perfect knowledge of English and Armenian
- Excellent negotiation and decision making skills
- Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based task management software
