Responsibilities
- QR and NFC non cash and contactless payment systems implementation at merchant points through direct sales in cooperation with technical team
- Potential partners/merchants database development
- Creation and maintenance of strong, long-term customer relationships
- Providing of trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Acting as the point of contact and handling merchants’ individual needs
- Conducting trainings in case of need
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years experience in sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Direct sales experience in retail industry
- Higher economic / mathematical education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English will be regarded as an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Readiness to work and support business processes overtime if necessary
