Responsibilities
For Interns: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, gather data and generate information;
- Analyse companies, industries and macroeconomic environments;
- Develop reports;
- Perform other tasks as required per project.

For Experienced: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be instrumental in international Business Partnerships.
- Attract customers through means of remote communication and render customer service.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information on services.
- Implement cross-sales and surveys through outgoing calls.
- Identify customer issues and provide recommendations.
- Provide clients with the necessary information.
- Engaging new clients and establishing relationships through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments
- Planning sales goals and developing strategies to meet this plan
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Selling services
- Implementing sales
- Conducting market research and presenting recommendations
- Networking with international clients and partners (verbal and written)
- Producing and delivering professional reports and presentations
- Performing other job-related tasks as assigned under immediate supervisor
- Visit International partners, if required.
RequiredQualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of English language, required.
- Excellent English speaking skills.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, desirable but also welcome freshers with willingness to work hard and learn.
- Cross-sales and servicing skills.
- Knowledge of computer softwares and willingness to learn.
- Teamwork skills.
- Communication skills.
