Responsibilities
- Design and implement Fixed/FMC services development strategy
- Produce and coordinate action plans for the development of Fixed/FMC streams, including launch and introduction of new products, management of current portfolio and subscriber base
- Monitor and control basic marketing KPIs, trends and streams of Fixed/FMC products/services development
- Conduct competitive analysis, collect feedbacks from customers, make market forecast
- Analyze world best practices and customer demands in terms of Fixed/FMC products
- Lead cross-functional cooperation with company departments within introducing new products/services or regarding the management of current portfolio
- Run other Fixed/FMC related projects
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Management or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of telecom and IT sectors
- Knowledge of marketing and management fundamentals
- Knowledge of local fixed and mobile markets, understanding of the worldwide trends of the stream
- Ability to run several projects/processes, change management skills
- Strategic thinking
- To be self-motivated, accurate and stress-resistant
- Organizational, management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and build effective cross-functional relationships
- Advanced Excel, Power Point skills, ability to make presentations
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
