Responsibilities

- Driving one or more Scrum Teams as the Product Owner
- Clearly expressing Product Backlog items
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to the best achievement of goals and missions
- Optimizing the value of the work performed by the Development Team
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next
- Motivating the team with a clear, elevating goal
- Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
- Defining clear Acceptance Criteria per feature
- Providing final approval on story completion
- Conducting backlog grooming meetings
- Monitoring the progress of the project, as well as plan for product release
- Presenting project status reports during Sprint review meetings
- Contact customers and end-users to obtain information on expected product features

RequiredQualifications

- University degree: preferably in a technical field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst – ideally working as an agile product owner in a B2B and B2C focused capacity
- Product Owner certification Agile and Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Solid Agile experience
- Ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with the Atlassian product suite
- Prototyping skills
- Analytical thinking
- Team working skills
- Ability to set priorities
- Fluency in English
