Responsibilities

- Design experiences for CMS and Analytics tools for various types of users
- Define the user flow and user interfaces for Web platforms and products
- Create detailed interaction and pixel specs
- Work closely with developers and understand how the product works to deliver optimal UI/UX designs
- Conduct user research to understand data workflows and bottlenecks
- Help crafting a design system to ensure design consistency across all products

RequiredQualifications

- BS/MA degree or other equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Designer
- Experience in designing web-based applications
- Experience with Sketch or other design software
- Translate ideas into interactions by developing prototypes and simulations
- A strong online Design Portfolio
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
