Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Make backcalls
- Answer customer messages (FB, Instagram, Online chat)
- Help to solve problems in support office
- Register customers requests and questions, monitor and pass to supervisor
- Receive customer reports, create cases and pass to appropriate specialists
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional skills in using job-related software
- Ability to work effectively in team
- Stress resistance
- Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and spoken
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
