Responsibilities
- Main responsibility is entering the reservations in the Computer Hotel System
- Determine appropriate room type, making changes, cancellations
- Process all other duties related to reservations
- Verify availability, provide up to date information to sales & marketing for online sales
- Directly responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input in the computer hotel system
- Responsible and accountable for all operations in the Hotel System related to the Reservations
- Working closely with Sales & Marketing and Front Office
- Maximizing the hotel's occupancy potential
- Maintaining a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education preferably in the relevant field
- At least 1 year of work experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
- Computer Skills MS Office
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Responsible, detail minded
- Result oriented
- Ability of teamwork
- Kind and sociable
- Support team to reach common goals
