Position: Operations & Communications Coordinator
Contract type: FT (5 days/40 hours per week)
Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia
Responsibilities
-Maintain files and records of CSE/ERC correspondence, reports, courses, policies, e-mail listings.
-Coordinate seminars and university-wide public events, prepare and distribute seminar announcements, arrange seminar room and refreshments.
-Take minutes at meetings.
-Provide translation to and from English and Armenian, as needed.
-Act as a liaison with the other AUA departments and students.
-Manage the paperwork for regular events and travel (e.g. Digitec, student Olympiad team logistics and travel, Faculty travel support, etc.).
-Coordinate contracts and acceptance acts for TAs, proctors, faculty support, etc.
-Coordinate Office Layout - updating layout for every semester for entire CSE full-time, adjunct, and research faculty.
-Prepare semester and summer schedule for IESM, CIS, CS and CSE GenEd programs, distributing them via e-mail and handling further communications.
-Provide EPIC auxiliary support (e.g. distributing EPIC announcements via e-mail, providing other administrative support as needed).
-Coordinate content preparation for CSE website.
-Effectively use social media and manage the social media strategy for the CSE.
-Perform other communications tasks as may be deemed necessary.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
RequiredQualifications
-University Diploma in a relevant field.
-Good command of written/oral English and Armenian.
-Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management).
-Relevant work experience of 3 years and more.
-Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
-Ability to work with a variety of constituencies.
