Responsibilities
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Welcome and direct guests properly, provide general support to visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and emails
- Keep the office supplied (stationary, fruits, water, coffee, household goods, etc.)
- Manage corporate schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Make online payments and reservations on time
- Ensure all Conference Rooms are clean and tidy, whiteboards are clean and stationary levels are maintained
- Prepare an annual budget on office-related expenses and keep the database
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Strong knowledge of English both written and oral
- Experience in office management is a plus
- Interact efficiently with local and external team members
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to interact efficiently with local and external team members
- Detail-oriented and punctual
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, passionate and driven
