Responsibilities
As IT Recruitment manager, your mission will be broad and varied. We expect you to take charge of the team of recruiters. You will be the key figure in the current and future development of our activities in the field of IT Contracting. Thanks to your actions, you will continue to build a profitable and productive business and make it grow by reaching outstanding results.
- Be the leader of a team of IT recruiters
- Monitor overall recruitment needs and properly distribute them to the recruitment team by setting also priorities
- Redesign the recruitment process and ensure that it is being followed by all stakeholders
- Regularly follow-up and monitor the recruitment team to ensure that are aligned with companies' processes and policies
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet clients' profiles and/or building talent pools for current and future engagement
- Explore market best practices and trends and adjust the recruiting strategy to optimize the efficiency of the recruiting team
- Set team and individual goals and monitor their performance
- Act as mentor by train them and supporting their professional growth
- Keep track of and report recruitment metrics to the Management
RequiredQualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing
- Should have Good Experience in IT Industry
- Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels
- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates
- Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio
- Fluent in English
- Experience in managing team of recruiters is a plus point
