Responsibilities
1. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs:
- Understand and determine customer's business needs,
- Help customers responding to any technical questions in cooperation with the team,
- Find Customers through online platforms
- Communicate with existing and potential customers. 2. Develop effective sales plans (preferably using sales methodology) and Suggest sales process improvements:
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence, as well as continuous follow up and improvement of its implementation processes
- Manage workload, organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals 3. Set-up and develop customer database:
- Develop and expand the client base through networking and follow up calls
- Maintain accurate records and systematically upgrade customer base 4. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets:
- Establish and meet sales targets and sales performance 5. Reporting to the Management Team
- In a timely and accurate manner send essential information and updates on the performance, status and progress of settled targets

RequiredQualifications

- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position preferably in IT industry
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian or other foreign language is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer oriented
- Analytical thinking and multitasking skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details
