Description
BD Retail Group LLC is looking for a Financial Manager whose typical duties include reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities
- Collate, prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;
- Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning;
- Produce long-term business plans;
- Undertake research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance;
- Develop and manage financial systems/ models;
- Carry out business modelling and risk assessments;
- Manage budgets;
- Control income, cash flow and expenditure.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance or Accounting;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager in a private organization;
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis;
- Fluent knowledge of Excel; knowledge of 1C is a plus;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities;
- Problem solver and analytical thinker;
- Strong leadership skills; team member; business acumen.
