Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Team development and sales related coordination in all stages of customer attraction process
- Potential partners/merchants list development and their classification
- Implementation and maintenance of QR and NFC non-cash and contactless payment systems at merchant points through direct sales
- Technical implementation, testing and launch of the non-cash payment systems in cooperation with technical team
- Development of strategies and promotion campaigns for non-cash and contactless payments with the marketing team
- Monitoring of the commercial activities performance using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management
- Assistance in setting financial targets and budget development
RequiredQualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a senior manager
- Direct sales experience in retail industry
- Higher economic / mathematical education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English will be regarded as an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Readiness to work and support business processes overtime if necessary
