Golden Grape ArmAs is looking for Tour Coordinator who will lead and manage the team. He/ she will ensure consistent, profitable growth of potential consumers through positive planning, development and management of the Touring Team. The Tour Coordinator will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings.
Responsibilities
- Monthly develop and implement vineyard tours plans and materials;
- Write, submit and follow up to ensure placement on press releases and stories to established contacts with local and regional media;
- Maintain and broaden social networking to benefit the Organization;
- Actively cooperate with tour agencies;
- Coordinate tour logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution;
- Responsible for the development and fulfillment of events and marketing budgets;
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients;
- Work with the team to develop and refine marketing materials and marketing plans for growth and business development;
- Work with colleagues from other teams to ensure that all guests' requests are met and follow up the complaints.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree preferably in Marketing or Tourism with at least 3 years of related work experience;
- Working knowledge of the local food and wine business;
- Highly self-motivated personality;
- Detail orientation skills;
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and sales skills;
- Teamwork and strong communication skills;
- Ability to motivate and supervise the team;
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Armenian and English languages;
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
