Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and perform troubleshooting;
- Execute non-warranty and warranty repairs;
- Select and order spare parts;
- Make calculations for repairs and enter them into 1C program;
- Make installations;
- Consult partners on technical issues.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Experience in service repair with electronic equipment;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Basic knowledge in repairing;
- Experience with repairing laptops;
- Experience of working with the soldering station;
- Constant self-development ability;
- General knowledge in IT.
