The Strategic Management Consultant is responsible for performing tasks upon the request and guidance of the Head of Strategic Management Advisory Service, which include but are not limited to participation in the elaboration of business plans and their projected financial models, feasibility studies, improvement of Client's financial management systems, elaboration of strategies, market researches and sectorial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Elaborate business plans and feasibility studies;
- Elaborate financial projection models;
- Implement comprehensive business diagnostic analysis;
- Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis based on primary and secondary data;
- Perform market research and analysis;
- Responsible for industry analysis;
- Elaborate performance optimization programs of businesses (cost cutting and optimization, sales improvement, boosting business efficiency);
- Responsible for business process elaboration and optimization;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in Economics;
- At least 7 years of general work experience;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the consulting industry;
- Project management skills;
- Comprehensive knowledge of sectors of economy;
- In-depth knowledge of financial management and microeconomics;
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling;
- Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, SPSS and Access; knowledge of other software packages will be a plus.
