Description
The IT Project Manager (PM) will manage and lead projects during the development of products. In this role, the incumbent will work closely with the Product Team in US to understand requirements and coordinate the development and delivery of the products.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Team to build requirements and estimate resources for projects;
- Manage tasks for developers;
- Conduct daily Scrum meetings with the Development Team;
- Coordinate testing with QA Team;
- Provide timely progress reports to the management;
- Identify and manage all project risks.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline;
- Certification in PMP and Scrum;
- At least 3 years of experience in managing small and large software projects;
- Experience in conducting daily scrum meetings and coordinating tasks;
- Proficiency in Atlassian products, including JIRA, Bitbucket and Confluence;
- Experience in creating project plans, including resource requirements and budgeting;
- Knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure, including web and mobile UI/ UX, API concepts and structures, relational and no-SQL databases, cloud services and resources;
- Software development experience is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency in English language, both verbal and writing;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player who will be an active participant in team and Company initiatives.
