Description
The Investment Services Unit Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of Unit activities, customer engagement, as well as for creation of new investment opportunities. He/ she will ensure the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, Bank securities portfolio and securities markets to come up with proposals. He/ she will also ensure security transactions on behalf of Bank and/ or customer, as well as provide consultancy to customers about securities investment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for efficient organization and supervision of operations of the Unit;
- Organize customer portfolio structuring and assets management process;
- Responsible for the analysis and assessment of investment opportunities (shares, bonds, etc.);
- Arrange securities issuance and placement (subscription);
- Responsible for the research of general tendencies in financial markets;
- Responsible for monthly reporting to customers;
- Responsible for documentation and archiving of deals concluded in compliance with internal regulations of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Finance/ Economics;
- At least 3 years of work experience in investment industry;
- Knowledge of international financial markets;
- Work experience in commercial terminals;
- Availability of professional qualification certificate or willingness to take professional qualification tests in 3 months;
- CFA qualification is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office package);
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Prompt and efficient problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with classified information.
